Please understand that these rates may vary slightly depending on many factors that cannot be listed. Once we speak to you, your pet's plan will be made to order and we can give you an exact price over the phone. However the rates below are generally what we charge.  Contact us to create a service plan which suits your pet's and your needs.

* This may apply depending on the type of pets and if it involves more than just feeding. Small pets in one hutch, tank, cage or worm farm are counted as one pet if this charge is applied.

~ If you find yourself get locked out, we can come to rescue even without the need of looking after your pets and home provided your keys are kept with us.

Payment Terms

Payment Method: Bank transfer or cash accepted. If the total charge for the booking is less than $250: full payment is due at the time of reservation. If the total charge for the booking is more than $250: 50% deposit at time of client interview/ booking, balance payable by the first service day. If there is any pet transportation, vet visit or shopping involved, we charge $2.50 per km plus road tolls and $25 per 15 min increment travel, waiting and shopping time on top of pet sitting charge. If any extra charge or expense (e.g. vet bill, pet supplies purchased, extended pet sitting sessions) is incurred after the service has started, reimbursement is required within seven days.
