The published rates below are BASIC service charges. Your pet's plan will be made to order and your rates may vary from those listed. Contact AhCat to create a service plan which suits your pet's and your needs.

Cancellation fee: 50% of the total booking fee if the service is cancelled less than four days prior to the first service day. (Except for Christmas and Easter period when the cancellation fee applies if the service is cancelled less than 10 days prior to the first service day.)

Prepaid pass holders must contact us in advance to reserve our service. All passes are non refunable and not valid for services on public holidays.

Payment Terms For Non-Passholding Clients
Full payment is due at the time of reservation if the total amount for the booking is less than $150. Otherwise:
Pet Sitting: 50% deposit at time of client interview/ booking, balance payable by the first service day.
Dog Walking: 50% deposit at time of client interview/ booking, balance is due by the first service day based on per job basis
Payment Method: cash, bank deposit, PayPal, money orders or cheques accepted.
